Do not stress! Dogs have a very high immune system, even at a young age. They start to develop this unusually powerful immune system at about 4 months, and it is completely formed by one year old. Nike free's are probably some of the worst shoes to run in for a distance runner. Lightweight? yes. and that is all the pro's. The shoe has no cushioning and no support. If you were to run in these in grass your ankles would be rolling everywhere. When running on the road or bike trails your ankles, knees, and hips would kill because there is no support. This shoe is not meant for distance runners. Sprinters however can actually use this shoe very well. This show is very flexible and will train alot of little muscles in the feet. This shoe is more for fashion than for athletics. My advice would be to go to the nearest running store and ask for a cushioned shoe because your knees would hurt. The running stores will do their best to find the best shoe for you

Cotton lawn is a fine soft cotton material - they used to make hankies with it and it was quite expensive. You do not see it much these days although I think they still make children's clothes with it - the pricier ones. You might need to line it on the headboard but it should be fine for the cushions. If it's for a girls bedroom I think it would look lovely and feminine. Think Jane Austen and sprigged muslin etc.

Ipod are not bad at all, but I suggest headphones that have cushion tips and go directly into your ear canal. It blocks some external noises. Skull Candy are great. I have not really tried any other headphones with cushion jells

Things You will Need: Paper towels Sponge 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar 3-5 drops of Eucalyptus oil 1 1/2 tspns. liquid dish soap. small damp/moist towel Step1 Absorb as much of the urine with the paper towels as you can. Step2 Make a mixture of the vinegar, liquid dish soap and eucalyptus oil. Step3 Apply generously to stain and let stand for 30-45 minutes. Step4 Moisten a towel and wring it out so that it is moist/damp (not dripping wet). Step5 Blot the stain and allow for it to dry. ___________________ When following step one, try your best to absorb as much of the liquid as possible, this will make the clean up easier and quicker.

JoAnn's will have polyester batting made for upholstery use. You willl need to wrap your cushions in this in the same density as before. You can use a spray adhesive to secure it to the foam core. Then here's the trick to get your cushions back into the casing. You will need a dry cleaning bag. Place the bag over the cushion & insert so that you can pull the bag out once the cushion is in the casing. The dry cleaning bag will give the cushion enough slip to go into the casing without too much struggle & lumping. If you want an extra layer of protection from future incidents, you can just keep the dry cleaning bag between the cushion & casing, but you may experience a plastic "crunching" when you sit on it. Your decision. It's possible that washing your casing has shrunk. If this is the case, then lightly spray your casings with distilled water before inserting the foam core so that it will somewhat stretch out again to conform to the foam. (Distilled water will prevent any water marks from mineral deposits)
