Los aromas del lugar variaban de acuerdo a la temporada en la que se encontraban. Durante la poca de la canela todo tena esa calidez de aromas, los recuerdos acogedores y la remembranza de los exquisitos platos que tradicionalmente se elaboraban con esta mgica especia. Pasaban las semanas y llegaba el momento de la llegada del organo, ya deshidratado pero fresco en aromas, listo para deshojar y colocar en un paquete con el objetivo que llegara a cada hogar con la mxima calidad de aromas posibles. Tambin exista una poca difcil, donde se mola y fraccionaba la pimienta blanca, que por aquellos tiempos sobrevolaba toda la empresa y obligaba al uso de barbijos y lentes para evitar posibles reacciones. Durante esta poca de calidez de especias, de exquisitas mezclas de aromas en el aire surge el romance que llevara a un casamiento, que por poltica laboral de la empresa la lleva a ella a renunciar. Este matrimonio que el da de hoy lleva 46 aos y contando, dio nacimiento a tres hijos, los cuales por aos compartieron tiempo en la empresa con su padre a la hora de salida del trabajo.De este matrimonio nazco yo, la enamorada de las especias, la loca de los aromas, la que de nia amaba el transitar los amplios pasillos de la fbrica oliendo especias, ts y que disfrutaba de la mejor parte, del torrado del caf antes de su molienda. Estos aos de experiencia donde condimentamos nuestra comida con las especias de la fbrica donde naci nuestra historia como familia, donde bebamos t y caf que haban sido elegidos y fraccionados por la empresa a cargo de mi padre. Productos a los que la fbrica les sum fruta deshidratada, frutos secos y dulces, los que se agregaron a nuestra mesa, a nuestra cocina y a nuestras vidas.Mi niez e infancia transcurri en una cocina de 35 metros cuadrados con ventanales al patio, chimenea y una gran mesa en el centro, donde se sentaban familiares, amigos y conocidos, ya que todos eran bienvenidos a la mesa. Aqu y con estos alimentos nace mi historia, al lado de las abuelas, con mates, tortitas o buuelos, al lado de las carnes cocinadas por mi padre, todo esto marcado por la fuerza y el tesn de mi madre.Hoy soy hija, esposa, madre y profesional. Soy consultora, cocinera, sommelier, catadora, diseadora de t, tcnica en aceite de oliva y muchas cosas gracias a mi familia. Ya que somos lo que somos, por lo que comemos, por lo que olemos y por lo que amamos. Of course I used that a couple times against them but if you get bullied day in and day out, it starts to get to you. So to the slightly obese kid i said that he looked fat and not healthy, the girl with the birth mark on her ear i said that she had my skin on her ear. Both were in tears, I kind of felt good but also bad about what I did (which kind of makes the victim of bullying a tad bit better because he or she is capable to empathize /sympathize)The teacher, a wonderful woman, put us around the table and we had to talk it out ( we were not to leave the table before our things were resolved) So i apologized first for making them cry and i asked why they were mean to me. The slightly obese boy said "My dad always compares you to me and says "why cant you be just like emir" the Girl with the birthmark said that her older sister teased her constantly about her birthmark and said that "it came from my skin". Thus there was understanding. why we acted like we did. The bullies lashed out because of "peer pressure", in this case siblings or parents that made certain remarks over and over again. it is only normal that these "bullies" acted out on the unsuspecting victim. Long story short, we became good steadfast friends and even today we are still friends. The Slightly obese kid own now three gyms and the little girl with the birthmark is now a very successful biologist.Conclusion: bullies, from my experience, are usually people who are more often than not insecure. This insecurity comes from either "peer pressure" ( or some kind of parental missteps like "look at boy/girl X, why cant you be like that") There is a difference between small children bullying each other and grown up doing it. I am also not proud of it but in later life, at university, some bully tried to start something. I told him to get out of my face but the dude wanted to be "all gangsta" and yeah he pushed me over a table but i broke his nose. Like i said I am not proud of it but some bullies really do not know when to quit.
